Can I find out more about you?
Yes, my name is Debbie Copas, and I handle all the bookings for the properties on this website, so you’ll only ever be dealing with me. 🙂 Read the page About Us, which tells you a little more about myself and my husband John, my invaluable handyman! I have been visiting Norfolk all my life, so it truly is a second home to me. I purchased Beachscape in 2009, Tides in 2011, Cromer Flint Cottage in 2017 and manage bookings for Bramble Cottage on behalf of the owners.
Can I reach you by phone?
You can call or text me on +44 7780 994768. I may not be able to answer the phone immediately, but if you leave a message, I will always call you back. Please ensure you state your telephone number slowly and clearly, so that I can write it down. Alternatively, hang up and redial. That way I can see the number of the missed call.
Can I read reviews on external sites?
Please do! I ask all our guests if they’d be so kind as to leave a review, as I know how reassuring it is to read the words of others about their holiday. All the properties have a listing on Trip Advisor – links are provided under Reviews on each cottage page and under the FAQ’s page. You can also find some lovely reviews on Norfolk Coastal Holidays facebook page, Cromer Flint Cottage facebook page and edog advisor.
Do you advertise on external listing sites?
Yes, the properties can be found on all the big listing sites and many small ones too. We are on Airbnb, Homeaway and Trip Advisor. However you will pay considerably more in fees to the listing site if you book through them. If you are concerned about having cover should things go wrong with your holiday then travel insurance will give you better cover than any promise by a listing site!
Are you on social media?
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes I offer credit card payment via Wave invoices for the deposit or last minute bookings. If you request to pay by credit card, I’ll send you an invoice. However, I also happily accept bank transfers, cheques, Paym and Pingit too. Only balance payments cannot be paid by credit card.
Do you belong to any professional associations?
Yes, I am proud to be a member and support HHA, the Holiday Home Association, formally known as EASCO. Find our listing under the East section. You can book with confidence in the knowledge that, in the unlikely event that there is a serious dispute arising from the holiday, there is a way of resolving it without resorting to the courts. HHA membership is the mark of a responsible operator who can be trusted.
How long has your domain been registered?

Yes, just get in touch with me directly via the contact us page. You won’t pay booking fees, commission, service fees or anything else that the big sites call them nowadays. Just an old fashioned booking, direct with me, at the best price available. 🙂
