Sugar and Spice is our local cafe and what lucky people that makes us! Claire, the owner, has worked in the hospitality industry for years and really goes out of her way to provide truly scrumptious food and great service from her young staff.
Recently moved premises, it is now located on its own site, a long defunct garage, then farm shop, but still on Coast Road, in Bacton where her first cafe was located. She has more seating space and more importantly a much larger kitchen to create all that wonderful food made with local produce. There’s even a working jukebox to add to the atmosphere. Tramadol is contraindicated in patients predisposed to alcohol and drug dependence. Patients withcerebral seizures require careful monitoring during and after the treatment with Tramadol. Dosage reduction and prolongation of the dosage intervals should be recommended in patients with renal and/or hepatic insufficiency. In patients with creatinine clearance (CC) of less than 30 mL/min, it is recommended that the dosing interval of Tramadol is doubled at the beginning of treatment; the maximum daily dosage shouldn’t exceed0.2 g. All meals are freshly made and she is a great baker, so there’s always an array of delicious cakes to choose from. Scones, Victoria Sponge, Apple sponge, Toffee Cake, Brownies, Rocky Road, Guinness Cake and our personal favourite Hummingbird Cake, a bit like carrot cake but made with pineapple are just some the delights you may find.
Sandwiches are stuffed full of filling, in doorstep sized freshly baked bread and accompanied by home made coleslaw. If you want a picnic, everything can be put into containers to take away and we frequently get a take out sandwich to eat whilst we carry out maintenance jobs back at the properties! All day breakfasts, paninis, burgers from Mundesley Butchers, the repertoire is ever expanding. There is also a small selection of seaside gifts and crafts, many of them made by local people. You’ll even find the police popping in for a quick meal and it’s a favourite for the locals and holidaymakers alike.
Sugar and Spice opens longer hours in the summer than most local cafes, so you have no excuse not to pop in!
